Supports the accurate and timely collection of Medicare, private, and commercial payments. This role provides flexibility in scheduling, with an expected workload of approximately 20 - 24 hours a week. Initiate AR follow-up of all unpaid or denied claims, resolve delinquent accounts, and research and appeal claim rejections. Update insurance information and communicate payment patterns to management.

The Junior Accountant role sits within our dynamic Finance department. You'll own more complex reconciliations, drive key month-end close tasks, and initiate analytical processes. Looking for Numeral’s first Assistant Controller to own our accounting operations and quote-to-cash systems. This is a hybrid role: part technical controller, part systems builder. You’ll run the close, ensure AP and vendors are seamless, and keep our Salesforce → Stripe → ERP pipeline airtight. As Senior Revenue Accountant, you'll play a critical role in the accuracy of Vanta's financials and the evolution of their accounting operations. You’ll own some of the most complex and high-judgment areas of their close, like revenue reconciliations, revenue reporting, and commission deferrals and accruals, while also reviewing lower-risk areas such as cash payout postings to ensure completeness and accuracy.
