The Compensation and Benefits Analyst plays a critical role in shaping the employee experience by ensuring our total rewards programs are competitive, compliant, and meaningful. In this role, you’ll combine hands-on analytics with real impact - from managing compensation structures in Workday to supporting open enrollment and benefits programs that employees rely on every day. It’s a unique opportunity to own and influence core people programs at a growing, international company while working closely with leadership.

This position will be responsible for global payroll and benefits program administration. Responsibilities include PEO Transition, Payroll Administration, Benefits Administration, Compliance and Reporting and General HR Support. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of accounting or finance experience, including payroll and benefits administration with proven expertise in both US and international contexts.

The ideal candidate combines strong immigration expertise at a regional level, program management experience, and a passion for building scalable, efficient, and employee-focused global mobility solutions.

The Director of Compensation & Benefits is responsible for building and overseeing the company’s total rewards strategy. This role will lead the transition out of the PEO specifically for payroll, benefits, and all related filings and compliance, while partnering closely with peers in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Human Resources, and Compliance. The Director will design, implement, and manage scalable compensation, benefits, payroll, and compliance programs.

$77,700–$131,500/yr

The Senior Payroll Specialist will support the bi-weekly payroll cycle, lead compliance audits, document policies and procedures, and provide assistance to employees & managers. The Payroll Specialist will be highly competent with spreadsheets and possess a high attention to detail. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely is a requirement for this role.

As a People Operations Generalist at Synthflow, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of our people processes— ensuring that everything from onboarding to offboarding runs smoothly, efficiently, and compliantly.
