You’ll play a critical role in shaping the journey for Registered Dietitians (RDs) looking to join Nourish. This role is centered around creating an amazing hiring experience, vetting candidates, setting up offers, and developing candidate communication plans. You’ll take full ownership of applicants and shape their hiring experience from end to end and help refine and evolve our hiring strategy, taking initiative to improve processes as we grow.

Strengthen Care Access’ sourcing capabilities across key and critical roles by developing and executing strategic sourcing plans in partnership with other recruiters. Serve as the dedicated recruiter for the Care Access PRN Workforce — hiring phlebotomists and registered nurses (RNs) who support patient screening events nationwide.

Solace is seeking a Director of Training and Education to build and lead an all-encompassing initial and longitudinal training and educational program for a rapidly scaling advocate service. Reporting directly to our Chief Medical Officer, you will ensure that advocates are well trained and that the technology supporting them provides an exemplary learning experience. This role combines educational and product expertise, strategic thinking, operational leadership.
