The Advice and Counsel Center Partner (ACC/ER Partner) serves as a partner and consultant to the organization providing guidance, training and education, collaboration, and support through a variety of Employee and Labor Relation issues; this role manages the investigatory process and supports OHSU’s policies, procedures, and behavioral expectations throughout these processes, while ensuring documentation is maintained.
You’ll join our People and Culture team as a People Partner, supporting business leaders to drive performance, growth, and retention. You’ll proactively address people topics while contributing to scalable processes and a positive organizational culture. As a strategic advisor, you’ll lead change initiatives, build strong relationships, and make independent decisions on behalf of the P&C team.
