The Senior Director, Talent Acquisition is responsible for designing and executing an industry-leading technical recruiting strategy. Provide direct leadership to the Americas-based tech recruiting team while driving global hiring strategy and alignment across one or more technical functions. Work cross-functionally with business leaders, HRBPs, and fellow TA leaders to establish best-in-class recruiting practices.

Responsible for leading strategy, design, and development of our global compensation and benefit programs; ensuring we continue to attract, motivate and retain top talent through competitive compensation and benefit programs. This highly visible role will be a key member of the People Leadership team and the broader organization. You will design scalable processes and workflows that drive Lime’s current and future global reward strategies and programs.

Drive leadership development, succession planning, and the design of leadership programs that prepare Redcare for the future. Lead and develop a team of five direct reports, fostering collaboration and professional growth. Partner closely with the board, HRBPs, and business leaders to align organizational and cultural initiatives with company needs. Lead organizational setup and change initiatives.

In this role, you will partner closely with leadership to shape the organisation’s capability needs and long-term talent plans. You’ll take ownership of senior and business-critical searches, personally driving the delivery of high-impact hiring. In addition, you will coach and develop the team, helping to elevate the overall talent function and strengthen its strategic effectiveness across the company.

The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead our talent acquisition strategy, partnering directly with business leaders to forecast hiring needs, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and coach the recruiting team to meet performance goals. Partnering closely with the President - Advisory and serving as a member of both the Advisory Leadership Team and the People Leadership Team, this role ensures alignment of people priorities with business objectives. The Sr. Director/VP People Operations reporting to the CPO will be responsible for transforming People & Culture into a service platform that drives innovative, scalable processes and leverages AI and automation to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. A successful candidate will lead and manage core HR operations, systems, and compliance, including HRIS, Data analytics, immigration support.
