As part of the Talent Acquisition team at Vector, you will find exceptional talent, enable company growth, and ensure the success of our people. You will research candidate markets, gather competitive intelligence, and build engaging communication outreach to develop candidates. You'll monitor and cultivate your candidate pipeline and ensure each candidate has a great impression of Vector, while driving the entire recruiting cycle.

This role will report to the Talent Acquisition lead. Lead the entire hiring process from intake to offer, including job intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. Build deep understanding of GTM functions (Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success) to craft targeted sourcing strategies and evaluate candidates’ domain fit.

Find qualified healthcare professionals to place in the homes of families with medically fragile children. You'll have the rewarding responsibility of generating a high-volume pipeline of candidates and performing full-spectrum recruiting, from initial screening to management in the field. Must be willing to make a lot of calls and handle some rejection.
