The Veeva Commercial Architecture team helps Life Sciences clients maximize their investment in the Veeva Commercial Cloud suite. As Commercial Architect, you will participate and lead in business process discussion, application design, and the creation of technical and end-user requirements for Veeva Commercial products. You will collaborate with Customers, Vendors, and Veeva colleagues during projects to drive delivery of high-quality solutions.

As the Director of Salesforce Architecture, you will be the technical visionary and strategic leader of our CRM ecosystem. Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations, you'll be a key driver of our go-to-market initiatives by designing our Salesforce architecture for both speed and scale. This is a strategic leadership position where you'll directly impact business outcomes through technical excellence.

This Principal Workflow Architect is a functional and technical expert consulting with customers on implementing ServiceNow's Technology Workflow solutions based on leading practices – all with the goal of accelerating and driving customer business outcomes. The role requires laser-focus on solving for the most relevant customer challenges, providing support during sales cycles, on direct engagements with Customers and Partners, and advocating for customer needs within ServiceNow.

The Solutions Architect will play a key role in shaping the vision and architecture of our solutions across multiple Ellucian products. This role focuses on designing, supporting, and implementing best practice solutions throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer business goals and requirements. The Solutions Architect will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams during the presales cycle, lead Cloud/SaaS modernization engagements, and drive outcomes-based methodology practices.

The Customer Outcomes Senior Platform Architect is an advisory role, responsible for helping our customers establish a technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that deliver outcomes. The Senior Platform Architect ensures customers use leading practices around instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations and the health of the platform. This is a consultative role focused on guiding ServiceNow, partner and customer employees on the engagement team to provide a solution on an architecture designed for long-term success.

As a Solutions Architect, you work closely with customers to transform their existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business challenges into advanced, multi-dimensional models by designing and building corresponding Pigment applications and training customers to become self-sufficient in using the solution. You’ll also serve as a bridge between customer stakeholders and the product team, ensuring the development of the best planning platform.
