The Engagement Manager โ EMR Integrations combines deep technical expertise in EMR systems with strong project management capabilities and oversees the full lifecycle of EMR integration projects. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and vendors, ensuring that integrations are delivered on time and meet quality standards. This is a hands-on role that requires both technical problem-solving and project management.
Answer user calls, emails, and trouble tickets to provide general user support related to their IT equipment or other needs. Creates, updates and closes out help desk tickets. Works with other Tier 1 and Tier II Support staff to ensure proper hand-off of tickets for prompt resolution and if needed escalation.
