As a Senior Systems Engineer, you are responsible for working closely with business stakeholders across the company as well as other IT team members to continuously improve technology and internal processes. Responsibilities include researching solutions, interfacing with vendors, evaluating software and/or hardware, automating processes through configuration of software and/or scripting, and proactively maintaining environments.

Provide technical support for hardware and software systems across our local office and remote staff and manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Zoom Rooms and AV equipment. Troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues, including computers, mobile devices, printers, and network connectivity. Assist with software and hardware installations and upgrades.
