Manages a team of 10 ESRs, providing day-to-day oversight and driving individual and team development. Reviews current internal workflows to identify opportunities for automation and faster execution. Assists the ESR Senior Manager with report creation, management, and analysis. Collaborates with engineers to implement process changes, continuous improvements, and system hardcoding where appropriate.
As an Implementation Manager, your mission is to get new customers up and running on the Siena platform — efficiently, confidently, and excitedly. You’ll guide new users through onboarding, translating their SOPs into AI-powered automations, and ensuring they become self-sufficient experts on our platform. You'll work with medium to large-sized organizations and must be capable of successfully implementing new business while ensuring a high degree of client satisfaction.
