This is a 1099 contractor position for an experienced operator who thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led environment and can independently lead cross-functional execution while maintaining high profitability.
This role oversees the financial operations and technical systems that support WaitWhat's world-class content production. This position sits at the intersection of finance, production, and technology—driving clarity, accountability, and efficiency across teams. Responsible for managing budgets and vendors to maintaining their tech stack, it is a linchpin in WaitWhat's operational success. Thriving in solving systems challenges would be beneficial.
