  • Build and manage a targeted pipeline to source, pitch, and close new high-quality instructors, owning the full sales funnel from outreach to launch.
  • Earn the trust of instructors through thoughtful guidance and strategic insight, becoming a recognizable advisor in creator, tech, and business communities.
  • Partner with instructors to refine course positioning and guide them through successful launches, while using data to prioritize segments and improve acquisition programs.

  • Partner with Product leadership to develop, prioritize, and execute the New Product operational roadmap to improve efficiency and alignment with company strategy
  • Own end-to-end GTM workflows, reporting, and tracking systems, leveraging tools and processes to drive scalability
  • Optimize and automate processes to remove overhead, enabling Product Managers to focus on strategic efforts
