  • Define and execute the overall solutions partner program strategy, including partner profiles, segmentation, tiering models, and commercial structures.
  • Recruit, engage, and close the first strategic group of partners, building strong relationships with systems integrators and consulting firms.
  • Build the operational infrastructure to scale the program, including CRM processes, partner tracking, and performance dashboards.
