We are looking for a VP of Strategic Sourcing to own the upstream, commercial side of our supply chain, including supplier management, margin improvement, and category growth.
You will lead negotiations on commercial terms, drive savings to the P&L, and build out the category management organization.
This role reports to the Chief Supply Chain Officer and carries gross margin and landed COGS as key metrics.

Manage procurement activities across the source-to-pay lifecycle, including contract review, vendor onboarding, purchase orders, and invoice holds.
Support and lead competitive sourcing events such as RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, and negotiate vendor pricing and commercial terms.
Partner with departments, Legal, and Accounts Payable to improve procurement processes, vendor performance, and spend optimization.
