Enhance the effectiveness of our fraud, risk, and back office operations by championing learning, content, and quality assurance. You will be responsible for fostering excellence within our internal and external operations teams by building and maintaining essential infrastructure and ensuring operations specialists and analysts are expertly trained, thoroughly informed, and consistently performing at their best.
As a member of the Risk Operations team, you will perform detailed analysis of high-risk transactions via real-time queues to identify prohibited activity across our product suite, flagging and making decisions on those accounts, and communicating with account holders. You will manage a team of Risk Operations agents responsible for handling customer disputes and reviewing accounts flagged for potential fraud or other suspicious behavior.
Evaluate customer interactions and analyze findings, working collaboratively across the team and wider business, providing actionable insight by considering accuracy, customer service performance and adherence to regulatory standards against UW vision, policies and procedures. Conduct interaction monitoring, provide internal operational support, and share trends and insights.
Lead endβtoβend recruitment by designing and iterating screeners, creatively source elusive cryptoβnative users, coordinate scheduling, and manage incentives that keep participants engaged; define and maintain SOPs; own and optimise our tooling stack; track timelines, incentive spend, and the annual Research Ops budget; surface operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
