We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Technical Product/Project Manager (Tech PM) to join our team. This hybrid role combines responsibilities in product management and project execution, requiring a unique blend of strategic thinking, technical fluency, and team leadership.

Lead and oversee the delivery of business applications and data management projects, initiatives, and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering software solutions using agile principles and experience with key applications in CRM, ERP, HRIS, and Data Warehouse. The Sr. Program Manager should be adept at managing competing resources and priorities, able to hit the ground running, and navigate through ambiguous situations.

Manage cloud-native development projects, emphasizing cloud stacks (e.g., AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, EventBridge, Step Functions). Collaborate with architects and developers to define scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions. Facilitate meetings, updates, and technical discussions with clients, product owners, and cross-functional teams. Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

Support the planning and execution of key projects across cross-functional teams, ideal for someone early in their project management career who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced, agile environment. Assist in managing one or more projects, supporting the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Help define project scope and objectives in collaboration with senior project managers and stakeholders.

Aid the development teams in understanding and applying agile practices effectively, specifically the Scrum framework. Assess a team’s maturity of agile practices. Educate team members on scrum practices and lean concepts. Foster an environment for the team to reflect, adapt, and improve in their practices. Facilitate team engagements and support successful stakeholder engagements.

The BA/PrM shall partner with the Program Lead and Technical Lead to deliver the program within the constraints of scope, quality, time and budget. The BA/PrM shall be responsible for strategic planning and overseeing deliverables for multiple high priority projects. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to working cross-functionally, communicating program objectives, and maintaining relationships with team members.
