Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives at the intersection of eCommerce platforms and data science applications to enhance the scalability, intelligence, and personalization of iHerb’s digital experiences. You’ll be a central force ensuring that the company’s most critical technical programs deliver maximum value, on time and within scope. Lead cross-functional programs involving engineering, data science, product, and business stakeholders from concept through execution and delivery.

Drive the operational execution of technology programs—ensuring cross-functional alignment, disciplined execution, and organizational accountability. Responsible for driving initiatives from ideation to implementation, working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and other business stakeholders to ensure program success. Support Centers of Excellence by helping define charters, facilitate steering committees, and operationalize initiatives.
