As a Technical Product Owner, translate business strategy into digital product solutions that shape how our employees develop and perform. Act as the bridge between HR, IT, and our users — ensuring our products deliver value, simplicity, and impact. Key responsibilities include translating business needs into IT Products and coordinating with design, engineering, and data teams to deliver user-centered HR products.

Take small to large IT Business Applications programs/projects from original concept through final implementation. Develop detailed program/project execution plan, and manage some implementation processes including projects financials, progress tracking, metrics, monitoring change control process, testing, release to production and delivery within budget constraints. Provide overall communication and work with all areas affected by the program/project including partners, business sponsors and vendors.

Manage all assigned projects, including setting goals between clients and delivery teams. Act as Scrum Master to manage and track sprint progress against the overall project timeline. Facilitate agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Sprint Demos and Sprint Retrospectives. Champion project experience through excellent communication and relationship building amongst our customer stakeholders and Caylent’s delivery, sales and leadership teams.

Technical Product Manager needed for a 6-month contract in San Jose CA, remote is also acceptable. The role requires 4+ years of product management experience, launching global large-scale technology solutions with supporting change management. Must have a technical understanding of the Marketing and Sales space on relevant CRM technologies like MSFT Dynamics. Solid experience in Scrum or similar Agile development methodology is required.
