This Engineering Leader will partner closely with Product leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to solve member, customer, and business needs while driving increased member engagement and positive outcomes toward fertility and family-forming journeys globally. You will guide the performance and careers of your engineers while managing the team’s execution of our roadmap.

The role involves collaborating across departments, building roadmaps, and contributing to strategic decision-making.

Prioritize solving problems for customers, not building features for the sake of it. Take full cycle ownership of your work from ideation to release. Focus on creating new solutions based on enterprise client needs, identifying problems proactively and driving implementation to achieve product-market fit.
