This role is pivotal in creating simple, compliant, and impactful financial products that help small businesses run their operations smoothly and grow sustainably. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our SMB solutions from business accounts and multi-user access to invoicing, merchant payments, working-capital features, and future lending products.

As part of our newly established GenAI Product Management group, you'll lead the development and scaling of the latest analytics and generative AI platforms and products. This is your chance to shape how thousands of users work with AI-powered insights across the organization. You will collaborate with regional product and tech teams to prioritize GenAI use cases.

You will identify driving risks, provide programmatic access to Samsara’s safety data, and surface risky events to our customers. The Expert Technical Program Manager will focus primarily on the Veradigm EHR product, responsible for developing program strategy in alignment with the program's long-term vision with little oversight. This role emphasizes ensuring product stability, managing ongoing enhancements, and overseeing critical maintenance activities for our established EHR platform. The Expert Technical Program Manager will collaborate with development teams to maintain existing features, manage product updates, and ensure regulatory requirements are met that drive a great product experience and high value for our clients.
