The Central Product Team plays a key role in shaping the core user experience by building essential platforms and services that support Binance’s global ecosystem. In this role you will Conduct market research to identify trends and new product opportunities that enhance our offerings and use a data-driven approach to evaluate existing products. You will also Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve product goals.

Lead the development and support team for internal systems, ensuring valuable, secure, and scalable deliveries. Be a bridge between business and engineering areas, helping prioritize demands and translating needs into technical solutions. Evolve and maintain internal platforms such as workflow, access management, and custom tools. Act in the continuous improvement of processes and automations that impact areas such as service, CSC, governance, and information security. Define architecture, best practices, and engineering standards in conjunction with the company's technical leadership. Support the team's development with feedback, mentoring, and individual follow-up.

Evolve and execute on SingleStore’s vision to be the only unified data platform with the performance customers need for Enterprise AI. You will work closely with prospects, customers, product, engineering, sales, and marketing to drive one of the most high-profile initiatives at SingleStore – PLG and Developer Experience. This role’s scope includes activation, adoption, monetization, and features like data loading, SQL editor, and notebooks.

Lead the Growth team on Poe, responsible for growing the Poe user base, which includes defining the strategic direction, driving alignment with leadership, fast execution, and drive learnings that inform future work. Responsibilities include contributing to an early-stage team in a fast-paced, startup environment focused on driving new users to discover, use, and retain on Poe and researching and understanding the latest in Gen AI in order to inform product priorities.
