This position is considered fully remote, qualified candidates must be licensed in and live in Florida, preferably west side around Tampa, due to in person meetings with health insurance brokers. This role will be the overarching relation with assigned broker firms while continuously growing broker headcount by effectively presenting our value proposition. Benefits Sales Executives develop an intimate knowledge of their broker firms and broker books of business to leverage BenefitMall capabilities to maximize revenue growth.

Help Typescouts grow their client base as a Sales Development Representative. Prospect and qualify leads via LinkedIn, email, and other channels. Clearly articulate Typescouts' value proposition to U.S. and Canadian companies. Book discovery calls and hand off qualified leads to the leadership team. Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information and activity logs, and collaborate with marketing to improve messaging and lead generation strategies.
