The Field Sales Rep works under the direction of the Regional Sales Manager, providing best-in-class experience to partner bike shops, guiding partners, entering orders, and handling returns. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, has in-field sales experience, and relays passion for mobility to partners by advocating for the brand and its products.
This specialized role reports directly to global Retail & Hospitality industry leadership and collaborates locally with ServiceNow’s Americas sales teams and global core functions to identify and adapt ServiceNow Retail solutions for the Americas retail market. The Head of Retail & Hospitality Go to Market (GTM) AMS will work closely with Americas account teams for strategic retail and hospitality clients to develop and nurture strategic opportunities based on relevant industry solutions.
