We are looking for a Sales Manager (m/w/d) to strengthen our Food & Beverage team in the Moulded Glass Business Unit. You will be responsible for supporting the strategic and operational sales planning and the implementation of sales and budget targets. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales key figures and deriving suitable measures for the further development of the customer portfolio.

Ensure sales and profitability objectives, following the marketing strategy by channel, to continue positioning Bridgestone as a market leader. Sell through the business model (products and services) and position our product through the business model (products and services), from a strategic perspective (mobility solutions).

Lead the regional sales team to grow top line sales and bottom-line margin in the replacement products channel organization, focusing on the Western Region of the United States. Responsibilities include driving sales growth, developing regional plans, maintaining key customer relationships, developing sales representatives' skills, and providing feedback to sales and marketing management. Extensive travel is required.

Drive profitable sales growth by managing inbound and outbound contacts to promote Brakes products. Add value to every customer contact, identifying and negotiating share of wallet opportunities. Work collaboratively with the Category Team, utilizing our product range and supplier base. Maintain knowledge of key suppliers and competitor strategies, and support efforts to reduce stock at risk.
