The Director of Engineering for AI and Data Technology will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for Omada’s AI and data platforms, driving innovation and operational excellence across analytics, data science, and machine learning initiatives. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to enable strategic decision-making through innovative solutions.

Partnering with Account Executives, you will engage with prospects to understand their challenges, showcase how AI Agents and intelligent automation can revolutionize their operations, and design tailored solutions. Requires technical expertise, business acumen, and customer engagement skills.

Dive deep into challenges, explore unconventional solutions, and deliver results that exceed expectations. Work alongside engineers and domain experts.
