Seeking a full-time Senior Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems, contribute to software architecture planning, and write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code. The stack consists of a Ruby on Rails backend with the graphql-ruby gem and a client portal in Next.js, so experience with GraphQL, React/Next.js, and PostgreSQL is indispensable. You will be responsible for seamlessly integrating the various components, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and participating in code reviews.

Build bespoke MCP servers, working directly with customers to understand their needs. Iterate rapidly based on customer feedback and bridge technical and business requirements. Contribute to the MCP platform and tooling. Solve ad-hoc problems with code and AI, tackling unique integration challenges, data transformation needs, and custom workflow requirements using both traditional coding and AI-assisted development.
