We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manager, Accounts Receivable to oversee the billing and collections processes of our organization. The ideal candidate will lead our three-person AR team, ensure accurate invoicing, manage collections, monitor customer accounts, and improve cash flow while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Lead and elevate the general ledger team of 5 through this next phase of growth. Set the direction for GL operations, lead a high-performing team, and architect the processes and systems that support scale, speed, and accuracy. Drive operational excellence across the monthly close, strengthening controls, and simplifying workflows in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

As the Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day processes around retail invoicing and payment collection. During the month, you will be responsible for creating financial reports for internal and external parties and reconciling cash and credit card balances each month. You will assist in the administration and reconciliation of various systems and the evaluation, implementation and testing of internal control policies at Ollie.
