In this role, you will ensure high quality of the data within our products by collaborating with our community partners to establish and verify information in the product database. You will create and maintain an excellent working relationship with all contacts and organizations representing Circa professionally and positively.

The Operations Specialist provides product support and assists with product transactions on mortgage closing documents to ensure a smooth experience for all Snapdocs users. This role performs tasks in the document processing queue including Classifications, Annotations, QC, eNotes, RON, and Post-Close QC. They also resolve common issues and engage in team meetings.

Receive and process requests for patient health information and maintain confidentiality. You will manage patient health records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards. Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment and documenting information in multiple platforms, you will answer inbound/outbound calls and may assist with administrative duties.
