The Data Entry Associate ensures the smooth and efficient administration of learner payments, acting as the primary contact for payment inquiries, supports data analysis and reporting, and aids in ongoing process improvement for Merit America's learner financing program. This position involves managing learner payment communications and operations, ensuring accurate tracking of payments, and supporting insightful reports on learner financing performance.
