Lead organization-wide fundraising efforts by focusing on growing our donor base through digital outreach, identifying new potential donors, and building relationships with potential and current donors.
The System Director Philanthropy plans and implements a comprehensive fundraising program in support of philanthropy's national initiatives. The position will have direct fund-raising and strategic oversight as part of their job portfolio. Focuses on Major Gifts and develops and oversees the fundraising strategic plan to generate major gifts from individuals, foundations, corporations and grants.
Play a crucial role in advancing POGO’s mission by managing aspects of POGO’s grant related fundraising activities involving institutional sources of funding such as private foundations and community foundations. Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of foundation materials, researching the giving interests of foundation funders, and tracking grant requirements and deadlines between POGO and its funders.
The Chief Advancement Officer will ensure The Trevor Project has the financial resources needed to serve the large number of young people in crisis and expand the impact of its programs in the U.S. and Mexico. This role will lead the organization in raising $40-50M+ in philanthropic revenue a year and implementing a multi-year fundraising growth plan. The Chief Advancement Officer will significantly increase contributed revenue, earned revenue, high-impact partnerships, and community awareness.
