The Customer Service Representative works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the web to provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services. You will represent one of our leading healthcare clients assisting members with their insurance related needs.

This role is an integral part of the Customer Support team and is responsible for troubleshooting and solving support inquiries as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance involving providing prompt and effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and laying the groundwork for a positive support experience during European business hours.

Responsible for answering inbound daily telephone calls within Patient Accounts - Customer Service department. Front line of CHW's revenue cycle, must provide exemplary service to patients and families. Responsible for making outbound calls to negotiate payment plan terms, collect outstanding self-pay balances and resolves accounts in assigned work queues within billing system.

The Customer Service Representative assists customers with pre/post-sale questions, basic installations, and problem resolutions by receiving calls, emails and web chats.
