The Paid Strategists are a crucial, client-facing role that is responsible for day-to-day client deliverables, creating and managing custom client strategies, and communicating both with clients and internal stakeholders on executing Paid Media deliverables. In this role, you will gain experience creating high-performing Paid strategies for enterprise SaaS businesses.

We are looking for someone with a strong media and advertising foundation; well versed in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Campaign Manager, planning and executing all media strategies. Our ideal candidate thrives on data and is adept at using it to craft the highest performing campaigns possible. We’re seeking someone who is well organized, attentive to detail, and most importantly is as passionate as the rest of our team is about driving results and building stronger brands.

Bring 5+ years of proven media buying experience with a successful track record in e-commerce and B2B marketing. Showcase strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads , and cross-channel campaign management. Illustrate in-depth understanding of conversion funnels, remarketing strategies, CAC, LTV, and ROAS metrics . Demonstrate proficiency in analytics tools and data interpretation for performance optimization.

Drive the growth of our digital presence among corporate clients and entrepreneurs, focusing on performance marketing for B2B audiences (SME clients). Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across key platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and DV360, while also experimenting with emerging channels. This position reports directly to the Paid Media Team Lead and involves close collaboration with our creative, analytics, product, and sales teams.

This is a freelance position to support our Paid Media team. You will play an important role as an advisor in Paid Media best practices (including Paid Search and Paid Social) in the Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) Market. This project will require approximately 5-10 hours of work per month, depending on the client needs. The role will support our centralized media team by providing local market expertise across media platforms.
