Anord Mardix, a Flex company, are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Finance Systems to support & drive EMEA efforts with our Finance Integration Team, with a primary focus on SAP implementation and finance compliance. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Manager to join our dynamic finance team. You will calculate and accrue salaries, oversee salary payouts, and record salary accruals and payments in the accounting system (1C). You will also reconcile bank statements, allocate office expenses, and reconcile intercompany balances. Support month-end and year-end closing activities and assist in preparing financial analyses as required.

Assist the Macro/Industry Research team in producing institutional-grade research reports on macro trends as well as sector trends, including DeFi, NFT, Gaming, Metaverse, L1/L2 and Middleware for internal and external clients. Analyze, evaluate and synthesize trends from a variety of data sources (internal data, public blockchain data, etc.). Foster strong attention to detail when analyzing the market or projects. Proactively stay informed about market trends, opportunities, risks and new projects, with a passion for the cryptocurrency industry.

As a member of the global finance team, you will deliver finance and payments responsibilities for our programs and stakeholders, in collaboration with other functions of the Finance team. You will be responsible for the payment cycles in multiple countries, including issuing payments and resolving exceptions using standard and efficient methods. The role requires someone adaptable to quickly changing environments with great communication and analytical skills.

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Finance and Operations Analyst to support our team with data management, project tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting. You’ll help keep our internal systems accurate and provide clear insights that guide our decisions as we scale. This is a remote role with flexible hours.

This role as a Strategic Finance Manager involves financial planning, reporting, forecasting, analysis, and insights. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in finance with strong modeling experience to analyze and inform existing product lines, new business initiatives, and M&A.
