We are seeking a driven and collaborative Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our People Team, managing full-cycle recruitment across various roles and partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent. You’ll take a proactive approach to sourcing and pipeline building, ensuring we stay ahead of future hiring needs. You will also deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process—with a strong focus on proactive sourcing and prospecting—to build and manage global pipelines primarily for technical roles across EMEA and APAC. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and teams to deeply understand role requirements and drive outreach efforts that target both active and passive talent aligned to our business priorities. Using data-driven insights, you’ll ensure we consistently deliver high-quality hires that advance our strategic direction.

The Recruiting Coordinator plays a crucial role in the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers. This position involves coordinating various aspects of the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, offer management, onboarding compliance, and maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system. The Recruiting Coordinator collaborates closely with the recruiting team and other departments to support the company’s hiring goals and contribute to a positive candidate experience.

You will be instrumental in Joko's growth, helping us build an outstanding team. You will attract, find, and hire top talent while maintaining our high standards of quality and talent density. You will manage and own the hiring process from start to finish, reporting directly to the VP People.

You will serve as the first impression of the company for engineering and technical candidates and tell the story about our family of companies and illustrate our mission and values. In this role you will communicate effectively throughout the full recruiting cycle, build relationships with both candidates and hiring teams, and implement new ideas on recruiting strategy. You will also deliver the best candidate experience on behalf of a company that’s changing the landscape of an entire industry.

As a working student in recruiting, you will work closely with recruiters and various hiring managers. You will independently manage our internal working student and IT positions – from the job posting through screening and initial interviews to contract preparation.

Contribute to the development and implementation of global talent attraction strategies, managing full-cycle recruitment processes and innovating with AI tools to streamline sourcing and selection. You will represent the company professionally, collaborate with hiring managers, track recruitment metrics, and drive initiatives to improve hiring processes and enhance the employer brand.

Our client needs are growing. We anticipate needing a bilingual French/English recruiting coordinator/admin support. This individual will work in a process-driven environment and will need to be comfortable working with multiple systems, in a fast-paced environment and with trackers/metrics. The tasks this individual will work on will include scheduling candidate interviews, pre-screening candidates, offer letter generation, initiating/conducting background checks and other tasks.
