The IT Automation Engineer is a force-multiplier for the IT and Security teams, focused on improving operational efficiency by automating manual tasks. This role leverages scripting and workflow tools to streamline Tier 1 operations and integrate various enterprise systems. Identify repetitive Tier 1 tasks (e.g., password resets, ticket routing, patch triggers) and build solutions to fully automate them.

Looking for a Level 3 IT Support Technician to join our fast-growing team. You’ll also mentor junior team members and play a key role in shaping how we deliver top-tier support to our clients.

Looking for a Senior IT Engineer to be the first point of contact in supporting our employees at Assured, reporting to the IT Manager, you'll play a key part in keeping our day-to-day IT Operations running smoothly. Help everyone on the team get the technology and access they need to do their best work, guide new hires through their first day setup, solve technical problems as they come up, and help us build better systems along the way. This role is a chance to directly improve how people work and feel supported at Assured.

As a Senior Workplace Engineer, you will be the central point of contact for our customers when it comes to the planning, implementation and operation of modern endpoint management solutions, with a special focus on Microsoft Intune. You will bring in-depth technical know-how and a feel for customer-oriented solutions and strategic advice.
