As a Market Development Representative at Rad AI, you’ll be on the front lines of Rad AI's growth engine—turning interest into qualified conversations and pipeline, engaging radiology groups and health systems, educating them on where Rad AI fits, and booking high-quality meetings for our Sales Reps. This is an individual contributor role where you’ll own clear meeting targets and run structured outbound and inbound follow-up, and be a key connector between Marketing, Sales, and RevOps.
This role is all about researching, identifying, and initiating outreach to high-potential organizations unfamiliar with Instrumentl. Success requires resilience and curiosity to learn about prospects quickly, making over 400 dials per week. An excellent hire will book a high volume of demos for the team every week through top of funnel outreach and communicate insights to improve our pitch. This is a role for someone who wants to build a sales career and do meaningful work at the same time.
