  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the Aesthetics segment, developing deep understanding of buyer personas, practice types, workflows, challenges, and value drivers.
  • Own Aesthetics ‑ specific positioning and messaging, ensuring the commercial narrative used by Sales clearly reflects buyer needs, outcomes, and proof points.
  • Partner with product ‑ focused Product Marketing Managers and Product to ensure Aesthetics segment considerations are accurately represented in product positioning, launches, and enablement.
