This role will primarily support the Technical Account Management Team for the implementation and setup of our clients on the TrustArc products. The candidate is responsible for providing the highest quality technical support and troubleshooting skills to ensure the success of our clients using our products. They will acquire in-depth product knowledge quickly through hands-on experience and work actively and communicate responsively with all team members to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
