The leader will oversee and collectively lead a team of design and/or construction professionals. The Director, Operations will report up through the Office Leader and coordinate closely with the Office Leader and leadership counterparts, including Group Leads and Project Directors, within the office to form a high-performing leadership team for the office. The Director, Operations will be accountable for the portfolio of projects from a sales/client relations and/or execution and delivery perspective and oversee work under their purview to ensure that project execution systems and procedures are being successfully implemented at an office level.
