Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. Lead customers in their efforts to take advantage of the ServiceNow AI Solution’s standard capabilities in their efforts to improve their business processes.
Own product lines for your market, including vision, strategy, value proposition, and roadmap planning. Drive continuous discovery to identify opportunities to improve, expand, or launch new product lines. Lead market launches and product updates, ensuring adoption, engagement, and satisfaction targets are met.
Lead the development and evolution of expert-facing products connecting millions of users with professionals. Drive product strategy, optimize workflows, and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and satisfaction. Define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and measure impact in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Drive global AI research delivery across distributed teams. Coordinate cross-time-zone research programs and ensure high-quality research operations. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to identify research output suitable for productisation.
Distill customer feedback into a cohesive product vision. Own end-to-end feature development by defining product requirements and managing development & testing. Maintain a perspective on the evolving generative AI landscape to feed product evolution.
