The Product Owner will oversee the full product lifecycle driving strategy, development, and delivery of new features and products. This role is responsible for defining product roadmaps, integrating user feedback, ensuring delivery alignment with business goals, and maintaining clear communication across teams and stakeholders. As the bridge between business, users, and engineering, they ensure solutions deliver measurable customer value.

Work 1:1 with Portfolio Management’s (PM) most strategic customers to drive adoption of new product capabilities and functionality. Resolve customer's challenges to support product adoption and achieve faster time to value. Design and architect technical approaches and solutions for Portfolio Management (PM) customers. Develop a deep understanding of PM strategic customers, and their use of Portfolio Management’s products, building strong working relationships with key stakeholders.

Manage all assigned projects, including setting goals between clients and delivery teams. Act as Scrum Master to manage and track sprint progress against the overall project timeline. Facilitate agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Sprint Demos and Sprint Retrospectives. Champion project experience through excellent communication and relationship building amongst our customer stakeholders and Caylent’s delivery, sales and leadership teams.
