The MLU Team develops foundational AI models and leverages the latest advances in LLMs to deeply understand content and communities and represent users’ rich and varied interests. The team’s foundational work drives impact by enabling relevant, personalized experiences, enhanced insights, and accelerated development for Reddit product teams.

As a Technical Product Manager focused on our AI Research Team, you will oversee the development and deployment of innovative AI experiments and products that drive our company's strategic objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure that our AI initiatives align with business goals and deliver value to our customers. This role is the interface between strategic business owners and AI Researchers, and ensures that Aledade creates high-quality, scalable AI solutions.

As the Expert Product Manager for Data Products and Predictive Analytics, you will manage a portfolio of advanced data-driven solutions designed to empower lenders to increase credit risk, improve underwriting processes, and enhance customer acquisition and retention. You will work with teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business leaders, to ensure that our products meet the evolving needs of our clients while also driving business growth.

Lead the Custom Models team, which is currently made up of 5 Engineers, to build innovative AI solutions tailored to our customers' needs. Define processes and best practices as you grow a high-performing team from the ground up. Requires strong technical skills, managerial experience, and a passion for advancing AI technology.
