This Manager role lives within the customer engagement arm of Granicus Implementation Services and is a key member of the Implementation Services team to manage Implementation Teams and Projects. You’ll be an expert on managing Implementation Teams and Projects, leading people and working cross-functionally with stakeholders.

As a Senior Program Manager, you'll usher client programs through their lifecycle, draft project plans, manage scope and risk mitigation, and manage constraints in people, time, and budget. You'll also ensure seamless program delivery, assist in process development, and act as the primary client point of contact.

Drive end-to-end project management for digital learning initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, partnering with designers, developers, and subject matter experts to build impactful learning solutions. You’ll lead and oversee digital learning projects that sit at the intersection of education and technology.

Manage projects focused on Microsoft D365 implementations and website development, including project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor project performance, and ensure compliance with security and data protection regulations. Communicate project status to stakeholders and develop project documentation.

The Program Lead will oversee the execution of this multi-faceted program across all disciplines, including sales, marketing, delivery, product, alliances, finance, human resources, and legal. This role requires someone who can develop and implement new processes and workflows to meet program attainment metrics. The ideal candidate will have experience and expertise with AWS funding mechanics, AWS processes, and AWS field engagement.

Drive execution and coordination for high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across the company, serving as the taskmaster and operational glue for projects that don’t fit neatly within a single team, ensuring alignment, clear priorities, and seamless execution.

Lead a program or multiple projects from start to finish and inspire confidence in the team, senior management, and the business community with implementing project solutions, while ensuring achievement of strategic revenue objectives for a specific product or product family.

Own and lead the growth of NeoTaste gift cards through online and offline channels across all markets. As a Project Manager, you will position gift boxes and vouchers as a competitive product, contributing to new user acquisition and additional revenue. You will autonomously manage a cross-functional project end to end.
