Egen is looking for a Delivery Director to join our growing Service Delivery team to help companies transform and modernize their IT infrastructure to power growth and drive efficiency.
As a Delivery Director, you’ll play a critical part of all phases of a project, assuming a critical player coach role to our clients’ project and product delivery, and will be seen as the first / central point of contact when it comes to program execution and delivery for your accounts.
As the Technical Product Manager, you will have oversight for client satisfaction and delivery within your team(s), and build confidence with clients and product teams re: our ability to deliver exceptional products. You will obsess over the business outcomes your client is seeking to achieve, and align your team to achieve those outcomes. Accountable for governance in your teams, escalating to the Product Development Director for support.
Seeking a Project Manager to collaborate with leaders across the organization, planning, managing and completing assigned projects within deadline, budget and quality requirements. This role will lead some of our highest impact, mission critical projects focused on a varied portfolio of initiatives significantly impacting member care and our employee experience.
Support the sale and manage the development and/or delivery of large integrated solutions to an external customer, or in support of a major enterprise-wide program, often involving multi-function and multi-vendor efforts. Determine overall program/project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements. Drive and deliver expected results according to agreed project scope, cost, quality and timeline milestones.
The Program Manager provides executive level program leadership for complex government related programs. The program manager works with all levels of management, alliance, sales, and account management to collect contract information to set the overall strategy and objectives for a group of projects or initiatives. In addition, the Program Manager is responsible for leading client-based initiatives and managing cross-functional teams for delivery on client implementations.
