As a Product Manager in the Work Management Tooling area, you'll define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the work management tooling space, focusing on high-impact use cases. You will evaluate and shape the suite of tools used by teams, prioritize AI solutions, and gather requirements from internal users, partnering with engineering, IT, and security.

The Technical Product Manager will develop Trunk Tools’ AI platform for construction, using experience in building B2B software businesses. The PM will work with Engineering, Product, Subject Matter Experts/Advisors, and Leadership in the design, development, and iteration of Trunk Tools’ data pipeline, AI tooling, and platform services, which improve productivity for the deskless workforce across their organization.

Drive the transformation of complex eligibility management processes into intuitive experiences for corporate clients, directly improving user satisfaction and reducing operational overhead. Strategically enhance the eligible employee database to improve its health and optimize the top of the end-user conversion funnel. Balance daily operational demands with long-term product strategy. Develop product strategies that strengthen the relationship between Wellhub and corporate clients.

Lead the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget. Develop and manage project plans, including scoping, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate resources and align them with project requirements. Monitor project progress, maintain documentation, and provide timely updates to stakeholders. Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and project stakeholders.

As the first product hire, take ownership of the product lifecycle, from shaping roadmap and strategy to executing sprint cycles and building LLM powered features. This is a deeply technical role that requires strong fluency in product development, AI and LLM technologies, and UX. It is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguous, early stage environments.

Expected to solely focus on customer communication, the objective is to lay good foundations in terms of vision, product initiatives and discovery and delivery processes. Expected, in parallel of overseeing customer communication scope, to pick up various new topics, run them autonomously until we hire dedicated PM.

The Delivery Manager will blend project management principles into an agile development approach. They will work with engineering and management teams to oversee the delivery of numerous projects. The person in this role will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating agile teams to ensure the delivery and scope of each project is on schedule and of the highest quality.
