We are looking for a Senior Manager of Revenue Operations to build and scale our go-to-market operations across marketing, sales, and customer success. This is a critical role in ensuring our commercial engine runs efficiently, enabling predictable growth and data-driven decision making. You’ll play a pivotal role in transforming how we grow — designing the systems and insights that power smarter decisions, accelerate revenue, and unlock our next stage of scale.

The RFP Manager & Proposal Writer will support proposal responses across B2B commercial clients and public sector clients. This full-time remote role plays a key part in producing persuasive, compliant, and strategic responses for a wide range of high-impact proposals. You will write and edit persuasive responses to RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires and partner with Sales Directors and Account Executives to draft proposals tailored to individual prospect needs.

Support the VP of Sales & Customer Success in driving Swarmia’s go-to-market execution, in a hybrid role that blends sales operations, business analysis, and executive support. Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps teams to create leverage for leadership. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how a high-performing GTM organization operates.
