Drive the technology vision and development of our next-generation home care agency and caregiver platform, building gen AI solutions into the home care agency management software product, increasing usability and efficiency while delighting users. Develop frontend (Angular) and backend (Go) applications and services. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders.

Enhance and expand the capabilities of our AI-powered solution, Ketryx Intelligence, across our platform. Develop and optimize advanced natural language processing techniques for requirement analysis and traceability. Implement methodologies for AI-assisted software verification and validation processes. Design and develop AI-powered document processing and generation systems with continuous validation capabilities.

As the first Solutions Engineer at Turnstile, you’ll be a key member of the early-stage team, playing a crucial role in driving our success as we scale up-market. You'll partner closely with customers guiding them through onboarding and seamlessly integrating their core revenue processes onto the Turnstile platform. You'll build operator tooling to accelerate yours and non-technical support roles.

Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders, craft efficient, performant, testable, scalable, and secure client code, and actively participate in planning and estimation efforts. You will gather requirements, present developed features, and collaborate with the team to understand user pain points and iterate on solutions driving client success.

Work with the Alloy team to deliver new functionality, contribute to design documents, and engage with the OpenTelemetry collector community. Integrate with Prometheus components, support customers with observability pipelines, and collaborate with other teams within Grafana. Participate in on-call rotations for deployments.

This role requires a blend of management and actual engineering. About 40% of your time will be spent directly contributing to sprint work (via coding, code review, and thought partnership).
