Manage and grow client relationships by executing data-driven performance marketing strategies that exceed customer acquisition goals while ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring balance between meeting client demands and internal company goals and priorities. The Associate Client Manager is responsible for all client activity and the overall success of NielsenIQ at the customer. This role delivers analytics and recommendations for clients based on the NielsenIQ Solutions and Services assigned to them. The role has deep knowledge of the customer’s business to identify new opportunities to drive value.

As an Account Specialist, you will handle the daily operations of multiple affiliate programs. Responsibilities include managing affiliate communications, reporting, and general account maintenance, such as recruitment, newsletters, fraud checks, and data analysis. You’ll collaborate with your manager and peers to maximize program effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
