As a Senior Digital Customer Value Manager, you will support a portfolio of customers within our Supply Chain Design and Planning (SCDP) business. You will be the primary customer-facing advocate, responsible for driving your customers to maximize value with Coupa solutions through digital and scaled workflows and activities. The role involves establishing programs and generating content to engage customers, reduce supply chain costs, and improve Coupa’s customer retention rates.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the success of your portfolio on strategic accounts in order to implement the most relevant tools for our users. You will report directly to the Regional Manager (RM) or the City Manager in place.
Manage and grow client relationships by executing data-driven performance marketing strategies that exceed customer acquisition goals while ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring balance between meeting client demands and internal company goals and priorities. Proactively identify opportunities to scale client accounts.

The ideal candidate will manage a focused portfolio of key and strategic customer relationships, leveraging a large network of colleagues across the organization’s functions, and acting as a trusted advisor to the client.
This role is aimed at bringing our team closer to our European customers and driving stronger relationships and results. This position will represent Quad Lock across West & South Europe, fostering strategic partnerships and ensuring exceptional service to our key accounts. Provide results driven project management, supervise all aspects of the production process and lead the day-to-day management of integrated multi-channel campaigns.
