The Global AR Manager will be responsible for owning AR, which includes ensuring timely and accurate billing, minimizing bad debt, customer cash applications, maximizing collections, and owning all aspects of AR month end close and reporting and analytics. Managing day-to-day AR activities, processing invoices, applying payments, and reconciling accounts.

In this role, you'll own activities in accordance with the monthly close timeline and adherence to USGAAP, primarily in the area of revenue accounting, the full order-to-cash process, GL entries and account reconciliations, and will work cross functionally with several department leads and team members.

Prepare financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement and other reports, according to schedule, including consolidation and reporting. Prepare journal entries related to payroll and other transactions, account reconciliations. Drive improvement for the month-end and year-end close process. Document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. Maintain procure-to-pay platform.

Review, verify, and process invoices for payment while ensuring proper coding and approvals. Match purchase orders to invoices and resolve discrepancies, maintain accurate vendor records, and handle vendor inquiries. Prepare and process electronic transfers and reconcile accounts payable transactions. Assist in audits and generate reports for management.

Assist in monthly balance sheet reconciliations and income statement analysis, while also handling transactional accounting processes like Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash. You will help develop accounting policies, support audit/tax requests, and safeguard company assets. Identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies. Maintain data confidentiality and manage ad-hoc projects.
