Responsible for supporting Rare Disease patients and families through comprehensive care coordination and case management expertise, the CMS will develop and execute personalized care plans to identify and address barriers to treatment, and foster ongoing relationships with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and other key stakeholders.

The Research Manager will lead efforts to demonstrate efficacy, develop new evidence-based protocols, and position Lingraphica as a leader in evidence-based practice for aphasia and related communication disorders.
Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments. Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, setting measurable goals and objectives. Supervise, train, and support RBTs in the implementation of treatment plans. Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
