Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments. Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, setting measurable goals and objectives. Supervise, train, and support RBTs in the implementation of treatment plans. Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
