Ennoble Care is seeking a self-motivated Social Work Care Coordinator to support the growth and expansion of our Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) and GUIDE dementia care program. This full-time, fully remote position is ideal for a dynamic individual with a passion for improving patient outcomes through proactive outreach, referral development, and care coordination.

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for all clinical aspects of treatment. This includes assessment, analysis, treatment plan development, overseeing implementation, collaboration and training of caregivers, and ongoing coaching of behavioral technicians. This is a remote position requiring self-discipline.

The Virtual Care Technician will act as the direct contact for clients seeking advice and guidance through the “live chat” function within the myVCA mobile application. The Registered Dietitian will be responsible for all nutrition related aspects of care, and will work closely with family members to Equip them with the skills needed to nutritionally restore their child. The Registered Dietitian is responsible for consulting in a collaborative fashion with the Equip treatment team to provide evidence-based care for families undergoing eating disorder treatment for their child.

Represent Noctrix in direct virtual patient interactions, including application training, product demonstrations, and proactive and reactive therapy support. Serve as a consultant to clinicians and technicians during the implementation process and calibration sessions to ensure the smooth and effective integration of our product. Capture therapy support needs and provide valuable feedback to the product management and development teams.

This role, part of the Utilization Management department, processes acute and post-acute inpatient and select outpatient higher level of care requests through clinical review and approved medical necessity criteria. Collaboration within and across departments and operating professionally and efficiently is essential.

As a CTA will play a key role in supporting the management and execution of clinical trials by handling a range of administrative and operational tasks. You will contribute to the smooth execution of clinical trials through efficient coordination, documentation, and communication with various stakeholders.
