Join the Clinical Care team at Arine as a Clinical Support Specialist! In this role, you will utilize Arine's software platform to optimize patient outcomes and enhance patient care by making outbound calls to patients, providers, and pharmacies. You will also answer inbound customer support requests and collaborate with Clinical Pharmacists and the Product team to improve operational processes and product development.

The Patient Care Advocate (PCA) is responsible for serving as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring that members receive the highest level of care and support. While providing best in class service, the PCA will advocate for patient’s needs, provide education and guidance, and assist with navigating the healthcare system while removing the complexities of the pharmacy benefit.

You are responsible for influencing and ensuring the best clinical care for patients through exceptional patient service and care coordination across disciplines, complemented by an entire interdisciplinary team. You will take the lead on comprehensive care coordination with a focus on identifying and addressing Social Determinants of Health. You will be an essential resource for patients, assisting them in navigating the healthcare system.
