The Community Strategy Manager translates the community team strategy into actionable work, maintaining and updating our big-picture strategy based on team vision and business alignment. This role involves projects across the team from a strategist or advisory perspective, ensuring projects are aligned, visible, and efficient. This person is a key collaborator in the preparation and presentation of community data.

The Community Manager will take ownership of our German market within the HIGHER community. Reporting to the VP of Community, you will be the driving force behind growing and engaging the community in Germany by connecting with senior Talent Acquisition (TA) professionals and organize localized events.
