This position plays a key role in advancing Parento's mission of expanding access to paid parental leave by deepening and expanding relationships with benefits brokers, advisors, consultants, and PEOs, specifically national partners. This role will work closely with the CEO to establish the sales strategy & process, training, and onboarding of new brokers and then managing those relationships. You'll seek out new opportunities, develop leads, win new business, and set metrics.

The Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for channel lifecycle marketing strategy for major market partners. The projects will vary in scope, complexity, and affected business area. This position will be the key point of contact for the partner relationship to support the development of joint channel marketing plans that help deliver against sell-in and sell-through targets.

The Sr. Manager, Channel Programs will focus on field channel marketing operations, driving the strategy, execution, and global consistency of all partner-facing field activities. This role is critical to scaling Verkada's global channel presence and ensuring events and partner activations deliver a strong return on investment while upholding Verkada’s premium brand. The manager will oversee partner events, field engagement programs, and partner development activities.

This Regional Manager role is responsible for all Partner activities in their assigned region as well as managing a small set of Regional Focus Partners. This is a newly created role due to expansion after another record breaking year of growth at Armis. Responsibilities include creating and implementing strategic territory plans, partner lead generation, partner sales, partner marketing, and partner enablement.
